As direct manufacturers, all orders are produced based on volume to ensure the highest quality standards.
Production time typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the size and specifications of your order.
We take pride in crafting each piece with precision and consistency, especially for wholesale quantities.
Once production is completed, your order will be promptly prepared and shipped.

Refund Policy

📦 Damaged or Missing Items:

We kindly ask that you notify us within 3 days of delivery if any items are missing or arrive damaged .

If damage occurs during shipping, we will promptly assist you by filing a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf.

Once the claim is approved, you will receive a store credit equal to 50% of the damaged item's value, which can be applied to a future purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable .

❗ Important: We do not offer direct cash refunds for damaged or missing items; compensation will be provided in the form of store credit only.
